Order Processing & Shipping Timelines Every piece of hardware at Apex Pinworks is held to the highest standard of quality. Because many of our items are manufactured in-house, processing times will vary based on the specific items in your order:
- The LED Systems (Apex Core, Halo, Matrix): In-stock electronics and lighting systems typically process and ship within 1 to 3 business days.
- Custom Diffusers & 3D Printed Mods: Our custom speaker lenses, adapter plates, and mod upgrades are precision-manufactured to order. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for these items to be printed, inspected for our strict 100% external perimeter finish standards, and packaged.
- Mixed Orders: If your order contains both in-stock electronics and built-to-order custom diffusers, the entire order will ship together once the custom components are completed.
Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking information. We currently ship domestic orders utilizing standard carrier services.
Returns & Exchanges We stand behind the engineering of our products. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can make it right.
- Electronic Hardware: The Apex Core, Apex Halo, and Apex Matrix systems are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unmodified condition. Because our systems are strictly plug-and-play and utilize isolated power, any hardware that shows signs of wire splicing, soldering, or improper electrical modification will not be eligible for a refund.
- 3D Printed Components: Due to the custom, built-to-order nature of our custom diffusers and adapter brackets, these items are non-refundable unless they arrive structurally damaged or defective.
Return Process To initiate a return or warranty claim, please contact our support team with your order number and a clear photo of the item. If your return is approved, you will be provided with a return authorization. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
